A TEENAGE student has reportedly cut off his own penis with a knife after stabbing his mother while high on drugs.
The 19-year-old student, who has not been named, is believed to have taken party drug mephedrone - known as meow meow, according to The Mirror.
Police arrived at the house to find the student hanging from a window with blood gushing from his groin.
He and his mother, 46, were rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries in the early hours of December 29.
