A CHINESE man in Britain on a visa was detained by police at today's game between Crawley Town and Coventry City on suspicion of feeding information on the game to an overseas spread betting syndicate.
He was in the Coventry City end and was spoken to by police who suspected he could be sending details on the game, through a code, to gamblers overseas, so they could put instant bets on.
