A BROADFILED 30-year-old has been accused of repeatedly raping a girl under the age of 16 – when he was aged between 11 and 15.
Gary Hatton, of Treeview, Broadfield, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court yesterday (Wednesday) accused of four historic counts of rape, allegedly committed between August 27, 1994 and August 27, 1998.
The case was committed to crown court and Hatton was released on conditional bail.
He was ordered not to contact his alleged victim and two witnesses.
