A PENSIONER has appeared in court charged with historic sex offences against two boys in Crawley in the 1960s.Arthur Blackman, 71, who now lives in south London, was at Crawley Magistrates' Court last Wednesday (January 15) to face two charges.Blackman has been accused of buggery of a boy between the age of five and eight, between January 1, 1961 and January 1, 1964.He is also charged with gross indecency with another boy, who was under the age of 14, during the same period.
