A TEENAGER arrested after armed police fired shots at a car's tyres in Crawley on Sunday has been charged with attempted murder.
Quey Williams, 19, was arrested by officers from the Surrey and Sussex Tactical Firearms Unit at 2.15pm on Sunday on suspicion of attempted murder.
He has now been charged and was due to appear in court today in Hertfordshire.
