Crawley woman convicted of £23,000 benefit fraud

A WOMAN who claimed more than £23,000 in benefits she wasn't entitled to has been handed a community order to undertake 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Amanda Holmes, 40, of Mill Road, Three Bridges pleaded guilty on January 22 at Crawley Magistrates' Court.
