Crawley dad accused of injuring a baby boy to face trial

A FATHER accused of shaking a baby boy and causing him injuries is to face trial.Roberto Pinto, of Brighton Road, Southgate, appeared at Hove Crown Court last Friday to answer four charges.Pinto, 24, is accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH) against Carina Teixeria between March 31, 2013, and July 1, 2013.In the same period he is charged with assault by beating against the same alleged victim.He is also accused of ABH and assault by beating against a baby boy.
