THE owner of a car has reported to police that on three separate occasions since last October one of its front tyres has been punctured.The vehicle has been parked in an underground car park, in Stone Court, in Pound Hill, on each occasion.It is believed that a screwdriver is being used to puncture the tyres.The latest incident occurred last Monday.
