THESE are the first pictures of the police officer accused of stealing more than £150 of groceries from a Crawley Tesco store.
Roger Toms, 41, and wife Sharon Toms, 48, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court this morning accused of jointly stealing items from the supermarket in Hazelwick Avenue, Three Bridges on April 16.
Roger Toms, a police constable based at Reigate in Surrey, and Sharon Toms both pleaded not guilty to theft from a shop and elected for trial at a crown court.
