A MAN has been released on bail having appeared in court on charges of racially-motivated criminal damage and common assault.
Andrew Tester, of Barley Close, Southgate, is due to appear at Horsham Magistrates' Court on October 2.
He faces charges of racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage and racially or religiously aggravated common assault.
The charges followed an incident at the Lidl supermarket in Hazelwick Avenue, Three Bridges, on Friday, April 11.
