A CRAWLEY man has been charged with burglary as part of a Sussex Police crackdown on the crime.
Tony Hoare, 29, from Ormesby Walk, Furnace Green, is accused of burgling a home in Vicarage Road, Crawley Down, on December 20.
During the break-in silver cutlery and commemorative plates were stolen.
Hoare will appear at Lewes Crown Court on July 24.
His arrest was made by officers on the Operation Magpie team, who are looking to crack down on the crime.
