POLICE have launched an appeal to identify the owners of a number of valuable items, some of which may have been stolen in Crawley, which have been recovered after a recent arrest.
Officers from Surrey Police carried out a search warrant at an address in the Stanwell area of Staines, where a quantity of suspected stolen goods was seized.
The recovered items include a selection of watches, a collectible whistle, an engraved lighter, a harmonica and commemorative coins.
