A WOMAN who was caught attempting to smuggle liquid cocaine worth nearly £300,000 through Gatwick Airport has been jailed.
Hazel Blasby, 36, was stopped by Border Force officers after she arrived on a flight from Barbados on June 17.
During a search of her luggage a two litre bottle labelled as "fruit punch syrup" was discovered. Tests were carried out and the liquid inside was found to contain cocaine.
