AN "ABUSIVE" pensioner has been arrested outside a Northgate pub on suspicion of possessing a "bladed weapon".
Officers on duty in The Parade, Northgate, stopped a 68-year-old man outside the Black Dog pub at 5.45pm yesterday (Thursday), "who was being abusive".
At least four police officers were at the scene of the arrest.
