A MAN is to appear in court accused of using religiously abusive language in Crawley's Asda store.
Police were called to the supermarket, in Pegler Way, at 12.15pm on Wednesday, August 20.
Alan Critoph, 59, from Skipton Way, Horley, was arrested on suspicion of the alleged offence and will appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court next Wednesday (September 10).
He is charged with causing racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress.
