Jowad Ghemati, from Hastings in East Sussex, failed to comply with conditions of a prison release licence.

A MAN has been found not guilty of raping a girl under the age of 16.Ian Gillett, 60, was accused of carrying out a string of offences in Crawley between 1969 and 1976, when he would have been aged between 15 and 22.Gillett, who now lives in Sandown, on the Isle of Wight, appeared for trial at Lewes Crown Court at the start of this month charged with three counts of rape and two of indecent assault.On November 3 a jury found him not guilty of all the charges.

Police seize car without insurance in Ifield
A CAR was seized from a street in Ifield last night after police identified it as not having any insurance.Officers were parked in The Tithe, Ifield Green for some time before the car was taken away at about 10.50pm.
