A MAN has admitted stealing medicine from a convenience store and a numberplate worth almost £50. Robert Conn, from St Joan Close, Langley Green, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' court on April 16 charged with four counts of theft. A WOMAN from Furnace Green has denied assaulting another woman at a High Street pub.Kerry Hilling is accused of beating Anita O'Connell at the Old Punch Bowl on January 31.The 42-year-old, from Hickling Walk, pleaded not guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on April 7, to assault by beating and to a second charge of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.She was released on unconditional bail to appear at Horsham Magistrates' Court on June 19.
