A MAN has admitted stealing medicine from a convenience store and a numberplate worth almost £50. Robert Conn, from St Joan Close, Langley Green, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' court on April 16 charged with four counts of theft. He pleaded guilty to all the charges.On April 5 and 14 he stole various medications from the Co-op, in North Parade, Horsham.The 35-year-old also stole a numberplate worth £47.96 from a vehicle parked in Three Bridges Road on April 15.Conn also stole DVDs...

A WOMAN from Furnace Green has denied assaulting another woman at a High Street pub.Kerry Hilling is accused of beating Anita O'Connell at the Old Punch Bowl on January 31.The 42-year-old, from Hickling Walk, pleaded not guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on April 7, to assault by beating and to a second charge of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.She was released on unconditional bail to appear at Horsham Magistrates' Court on June 19.
