POLICE are investigating a possible sex attack on a woman in an alleyway while she walked home in the early hours of New Year's Day.
Police were called to a house in Pulborough, at about 2am this morning (Thursday) where a 37-year-old woman had knocked on the door of a private property in a distressed condition.
The house is near the alleyway between Pocket Park and New Place Road where the alleged attack took place.
