FOUR people have been arrested after a cyclist was hit by a car and killed.
At about 4am on Thursday (January 1) a collision occurred on the A259 Grand Parade, St Leonards, East Sussex at the junction with Warrior Square, between a Ford Focus car and a pedal cyclist.
After colliding with the cycle the car continued for a short distance before stopping on the A259.
