CHRISTOPHER Jeffrey-Shaw, the man accused of murdering Janet Müller - whose body was found in the boot of a burning car, has appeared in court this morning.
The car was dumped and set alight close to Ifield Golf Club, off a quiet country lane, last Friday afternoon.
When firefighters arrived at the scene they made the grim discovery.
A post-mortem has confirmed that Miss Müller, 21, who was a student from Eastbourne, was alive in the car when it was set alight.
