POLICE have released video footage showing how a driver who crashed his car after an afternoon drinking session was so drunk that he fell off his chair when waiting to be breathalysed after his arrest.
Robert Hutchinson was spotted by a member of the public driving his Nissan Almera erratically on the A281 heading towards Horsham at 5.45pm on Friday, January 30.
