A MAN will appear in court in Crawley next month accused of causing the deaths of two people following a fatal crash in Handcross in December.
Kyle Witney, 20, of Finches Lane, Lindfield has been charged with two counts of driving dangerously causing the deaths of Marc Martin and Matthew Preece and being unfit through taking drugs.
