POLICE have revealed that there hasn't been a burglary in the town since July 8, in which victims have been specifically targeted for gold or money in their homes.
There had been a spate of the crimes but police patrols were stepped up at specific times in specific areas. The spree of crimes in and around Crawley were being linked by officers and all the burglaries had taken place during the daytime.
