AN investigation into a brutal hammer attack in broad daylight is continuing after three men arrested over it answered bail.
The trio, two of whom are from Crawley, were arrested following the assault in which a 30-year-old man from East Grinstead sustained head injuries and broken ribs.
The incident occurred in the car park of The Haven Centre in Hophurst Lane, Crawley Down, just before 4pm on Tuesday, June 16.
