A MAN is alleged to have punched a train conductor in the face following a routine ticket inspection.
The British Transport Police (BPT) have released CCTV images of the suspect, who is wanted in connection with the attack on route to East Grinstead.
The victim suffered cuts to both lips following the incident, which occurred on board a Southern service to the town on Thursday, July 25 at about 4.10pm.
Investigators are now appealing for the public to help identify the man.
