A SERIAL fly-tipper who left rubbish on a Horam street has been dumped behind bars.Daniel Clarke, a registered waste carrier, charged customers to take away their waste before discarding it at locations in the Wealden countryside.The 24-year-old, of Dacre Road, Herstmonceux, was jailed for eight months at Hastings Magistrates' Court after pleading guilty to 13 fly-tipping offences and seven counts of failing to comply with his duty of care.Clarke left rubbish on West Street Lane in Horam, as...
