A WEST Green man has been found guilty of assaulting another man.Leon Peck, of The Link, carried out the attack on New Year's Eve last year and was found guilty of the offence at Horsham Magistrates' Court on October 1.The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £300 in court costs.
