A BMW driver has been banned for 12 months for getting behind the wheel while over the legal cannabis limit.
Lee Myles, 41, of Black Swan Close, Pease Pottage, was caught driving his BMW 1 Series on Tollgate Hill, Broadfield, on August 18 with 4.2 micrograms of tetrahydrocannabinol - the active chemical in cannabis - per litre of blood.
The legal limit is 2 micrograms.
On top of the ban he must pay a £450 fine, £45 victim surcharge and additional court charges of £235.
