A WOMAN with learning difficulties has been sentenced after the dog she was looking after attacked a baby in a children's play area.Mousumi Meergans was charged with being in charge of a dog and allowing it to be dangerously out of control in a public place and cause injury.The 30-year-old, from Imberhorne Lane, East Grinstead, was in charge of the dog on May 25 when it bit a baby girl on the leg in the play area on Imberhorne Lane.She pleaded guilty to the charge at Crawley Magistrates' Court...
