NEW magistrates are being sought in Crawley who would help ensure criminals are properly punished.
The justice system in this country relies on ordinary men and women from all walks of life to become magistrates.
Anyone can be a magistrate as long as they are of good character, and possess "social awareness, maturity, understanding and the ability to communicate, sound judgement, commitment and reliability".
