POLICE have stopped a driver and seized the car they were driving after they were recorded speeding at 121mph on the M23.
Officers from the Sussex Roads Police team were patrolling along the motorway in the early hours of today (Monday, April 18) when they clocked an Audi R8 travelling at the high speed.
The car was spotted at 12.10am and the driver was found to have have a revoked licence.
The team tweeted about the incident:
