CONSERVATIVE candidate Katy Bourne has been re-elected as Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner.Mrs Bourne, who is a governor at Oriel High School in Maidenbower, has held the post since it was introduced in November 2012 after becoming the first elected commissioner for Sussex.This time around the count had to go to a second round after she failed to gain a majority after all the votes were counted.Everyone who voted in the PCC elections gave a first and a second preference.RELATED: Crawley...
