POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was brutally attacked by two men carrying a piece of wood.
The 24-year-old victim was cycling across Crowshaw Park, off Grafton Drive in Sompting, when he was approached by two men.
One of the men knocked him off his bike by hitting him with a piece of wood and then both attackers punched the victim repeatedly, at about 9am on Wednesday, September 3.
