THREE people were arrested after being seen on a roof of a disused building in The Boulevard yesterday (Sunday).
Police were called at about 11.45am to reports of the three males on the roof of a building which is "under construction".
A 37-year-old man, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy, all from Hampshire, were arrested nearby on suspicion of theft and burglary.
