In the latest incident, a woman was raped in an alleyway between Ifield Road and Furzefield in West Green. POLICE have revealed that there hasn't been a burglary in the town since July 8, in which victims have been specifically targeted for gold or money in their homes. There had been a spate of the crimes but police patrols were stepped up at specific times in specific areas.
